Key Tasks
- Primary responsibility of achieving assigned Sales Quota / Targets, (revenue and profit targets)
- Generating net new business from New customer acquisition.
- Making accurate Price / cost calculations, responding to customer requests for quotations / proposals on time.
- Negotiating the terms of agreement with customers and closing sales within defined timeframes.
- Ability to prepare / present slides/presentations to customers on solution/proposal independently.
- Representing the Company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities based on Company’s expansion plans.
- Recording sales and order information accurately and providing the same for Company records.
- Investing time and effort on a regular basis for skills up-gradation through self-paced learning, product trainings, relevant certifications, as well as soft skills development to be able to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise, essential for the job role as well as personal development.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Knowledge of SMB and Mid Enterprise industry Base is an important consideration
- Should have worked in Bangalore market for 1+ year at least and must have good knowledge of customer locations by area
- Own conveyance (preferably two-wheeler) is a necessity.
